1500 Broadway

An ambitious project to repurpose an old industrial site in midtown OKC, 1500 Broadway is comprised of over 270 apartments and 10,000 SF of retail space. Designed as a series of luxury walkup apartments ordered around courtyards, the buildings are reminiscent of the turn of the 19th century urban aesthetic.  Large windows and classical proportions organize the facades creating the feel of a historic neighborhood.    Unfortunately, due to market pressures the project has been put on permanent hold.
